My career began answering phones at my family’s business, Perron Trucking. I moved to Chicago to attend DePaul University, where I discovered my passion for recruiting as VP Recruitment for my sorority, Alpha Xi Delta. After graduating, I joined a small HR team at Command Transportation, starting as a freight broker, and quickly found my niche in corporate recruiting.

Over the last 12 years, I have gained valuable experience with outstanding teams at top companies. I've worked with startups and Fortune 500 firms across various industries, including logistics, finance, technology, and sustainability. I know how to hire effectively, having filled my own roles and managed both small and large recruiting teams to achieve high-volume hiring goals (over 2,000 hires per year). I can analyze recruitment data and implement new strategies for meaningful results.
